I brought a watch in for a new crystal. A couple other places quoted me at 200$ and and up, 6 weeks. Austin's offered a much better price and faster turn around time. Very professional to pleasant to interact with. Like brand new

Mistake going there! Sold a name brand ring there he said was only worth $20 because diamonds were small, only silver part was worth anything etc. Saw it cleaned up and back up for sale in his display case for $1,900.00! Shameful.smh

I took a ring in to be resized. Both of the men working were very friendly and courteous. The man waiting on me said the person who does the work comes from El Paso only one day a week. I picked up my ring the day I was told it would be ready. It was perfect. This will be my go to jeweler. S. Gillespie

I have brought over my $750 watch to them to get a battery replaced and they cracked the glass with their watch press. I didn't want to say anything to them due to me thinking it may have always been there. I had the same exact watch that has no cracks of stresses in the glass. I went to them again and sure enough, they cracked that one too. I know I wont be going there again to get watch batteries changed.

This place does have a lot of fine rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. The best part of the visit is their ring museum. There are military, comics, class rings and Super Bowl rings.
