I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to find this professionally run family owned business that is truly customer service oriented. I originally went there to have a battery for my watch replaced and will not ever go anywhere else for jewelry repair or needs. The shop is well managed, clean, courteous and beyond anything that I had ever experienced in service. Don't get put off by the Pawn connotation which I originally was, this is purely a first class, first rate business and service. The sons and their father make sure of it. Pawn and Jewelry Place is a delightful, well run, family business started by an Hungarian grandmother and has remained a family business for generations. I can not say enough good things about this place. I found both the father and son (Barry & Josh) to be extremely pleasant to work with. But more importantly was their wealth of knowledge and willingness to research every piece of jewelry I brought in for appraisal with the intention of selling.

In the end, they paid me a decent and fair price which allowed me to walk away happy.
