JEEBA was established as a "Cottage Industry" in the spring of 1981 in the city of Melbourne, Australia. The word "jeeba" is an Australian Aboriginal word meaning Springtime Corroboree (let's get together and have fun). Much of the JEEBA collection has been inspired by the rich Victorian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles.
