Taylor's has always taken such good care of us for over 20 years! Without a doubt, they are the best jewelers in Fairbanks. They have rebuilt the prongs on my wedding band twice and helped us design my mother's ring. Their customer service and compassion are top notch!

I'm so thankful I was recommended this place, after having poor experiences at another local jewelry store. Patrick went above and beyond from the moment I walked into the store until I picked up my custom memorial pendant. His communication was amazing and he was very caring the entire process. Lindsey and Patrick were great to work with! I ordered an intricate engagement ring from out of state which ended up being too big. The team at Taylor's were able to re-size it flawlessly within the week. We proceeded to design and purchase our wedding bands with Taylor's Gold-N-Stones. They helped walk us through the process and made prototypes of the rings based on our suggestions. After the prototype fitting, they had the bands created in just a few weeks, which included some sentimental gold I had brought in. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a local jeweler.
