All I can say is this place is exceptional! I went to 4 watch stores today to have my watch repaired. All were either closed, required an appointment, or didn't answer the phone. I had been trying to get my watch fixed for the last 2 weeks but I've just had repeat unavailability. Paloma's Jewelers fixed my issue quickly and chose not to charge me. They have a good heart and actually care about their customers. I've been to a lot of jewelers and this one by far is the best. I will be comming by for all future work. Thanks again!

I went here for something simple. They did a great job and didn't charge me. Will be going back. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Many other shops were closed or appointment only. They took me right away.

Tony helped us so much! He was so patient and knowledgeable and treated my husband and I as if we were his family. This was our first purchase from him but everyone I know who has been to Tony at Palomar Jewelers speaks so highly of him and his work!
