Bought new right hand rings that turned out absolutely beautiful. The rings were here before they thought, so I was thrilled!. Wedding rings cleaned and checked also. They are sparkling too. Great place and so friendly.

The guy in here is rude, fiance and I went to look at rings for him with the intention of buying one. The guy walked away from us as soon as another couple came in and didn't even ask if we wanted to purchase rings. I was asking about potentially polishing up my great grandma's ring which has quite a lot of wear, I was immediately told it wasn't read gold or diamond, which I obviously knew. I wanted it for travel and to leave my nice bridal set that I had already purchased at home, that way nothing happened to it.

I really don't care about it being real gold or diamond, I am so fed up with people assuming that is all women care about. I seldom wear jewelery because I just don't like jewelry, so I do not care if it isn't real. I will hardly wear it anyway. We told him the date of our wedding (4 months out) and he said we still had plenty of time. No, we don't. I will never step foot into a jeweler's store again, we will only purchase jewelery online after this experience. Very glad I didn't get my wedding set here. Unimpressed.
