Went in for an appraisal. Dropped the ring off an hour before they closed. Was told it would take 3 days but they called me the next afternoon saying it was done! Fairly priced, super friendly staff. Will definitely be going back next time I need anything!

Extremely professional & friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I had two recent visits: one to enlarge a diamond ring, the other to remove links from a diamond tennis bracelet. Terry & Joe are so easy to do business with. Their workmanship is flawless, beautifully done. I would be remiss if I didn't mention their refreshing sense of humor.a very pleasant experience!
