Bolenz Jewelry has a fully equipped gem lab and a full time Graduate Gemologist (G.G.) on staff for all of your insurance appraisal needs. Every appraisal includes GIA grading of your diamonds or gemstones, a full color digital photo, and a description that will insure the proper replacement should you suffer a loss.

Bolenz Jewelry recently purchased a new laser welder for repairing and manufacturing jewelry. The LaserStar workstation enables jewelers to safely work on heat-sensitive pieces and do repairs previously impossible with the welding torch. No repair is too small for the precision the laser offers. Bench jewelers Pete VanVlerah and Jake Idema completed a two-day advanced training course with a certified LaserStar Jewelry repair specialist.

Custom Design is the art of taking something that exists only in the customer's mind and bringing it to life in a beautiful piece of jewelry. The key to custom design is communication, and of course the key to communication is knowing how to listen. We like to think we are very good listeners.
