I have to be honest, I'm super hard to please especially when it comes to jewelery and I could not have picked out and designed my engagement ring without the royal treatment I received from Brenda 'Durant' Pearlman and her team at Pearlman's Jewelers! Eventhough I'm all the way in California, Brenda made me feel like I was right there next to her in the store.

I was looking for a specific designer's ring to match my wedding ring so that I would have matching guards around my engagement ring. I found Pearlman's online and they had the exact ring at a great price, so I called right away and got one of the owners, Brenda, who was very accommodating because I had called way past their closing time (time differences which I hadn't even though about because I was so excited).

She was very helpful and told me that if she had my size in stock in her store (she was at home), she would be able to ship it out the next day. She did and I had it on my finger the day after that! Great service! I highly recommend Pearlman's.

Very nice people, my ring was beautiful. Only problem is I brought it in to get it resized she said it would be 2-3 weeks. It's about to go on 4 and I'd really like my ring back lol. Other then that amazing people and very nice, they even cleaned my other ring for me. :

Just completed a recent transaction with Bill and Brenda virtually as an out of state customer. It was a fantastic experience - Bill really knows his products and they found me the perfect ring for my wife. Custom ring. Amazing quality and customer service! My fiance wanted a very unique ring that I couldn't find anywhere. Geoff at Pearlman's heled design the ring and spent the better part of an hour tracking down and importing the perfect gem. It turned out absolutely magnificent. They gave me a great price and the ring is astounding. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Great people.

I purchased a custom sapphire and diamond ring from Pearlman's. I came across Pearlman's when I was researching rings online, one of Pearlman's other custom pieces became the inspiration for my ring. I worked with Bill Pearlman personally who was a delight. I don't live locally so dealt with Bill and his team by phone and email only. The Pearlman's team was always responsive, Bill was very thoughtful in his advice, he patiently answered my questions and waited for my input while I deliberated over decisions.

I sometimes fell off the radar dealing with personal matters, however, Bill was always just as enthusiastic and helpful every time I went back to him. He sourced my centre stone which was a rare find and sent progress reports and photographs of my ring as it was being made. It was an incredible experience to see first hand just how much work and love went into making the ring.

I think the Pearlman's team were just as excited about the ring as me! The quality of the ring is exceptional. When the ring was delivered the stone was a little loose, Bill was quick to take responsibility to get it fixed, he also followed up to check that I was happy with my ring and to ask if I needed any modifications. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Pearlman's and I love my ring. I highly recommend Pearlman's and would definitely work with them again.

I recently purchased a beautiful diamond band from Pearlman's. I don't live locally, so the transaction was all online/through emails and Mr. Bill Pearlman himself was the one who helped me. The ring is gorgeous and perfect, the price I paid was more than fair, and whenever I look at it I will remember how lovely Bill is to talk to and how much fun the whole process was for me.

I had heard that Pearlman's always goes above and beyond for their customers and I found that to be absolutely true! I hope I get the chance to work with Bill again someday. Couldn't recommend him and his business more highly!

I had the most incredible experience with Pearlman's Jewelers while searching for a wedding band for my fiance. After hours of searching online and reading way too many forum posts about diamonds and jewelers, I saw countless people recommending Pearlman's Jewelers. Not only were the prices extremely competitive, but everyone lauded the customer service.

I had no previous relationship or experience with them, but I figured "what the heck" and sent them an email. About an hour later I received an email back from Bill Pearlman. He was so incredibly friendly and thorough. He answered all my questions and suggested we have a quick phone call to go over some of the finer details. Bill has been doing this for over 40 years and is just so knowledgeable about everything.

I never felt like he was pushing me to spend more money, in fact quite the opposite. He actually suggested that I get the smaller carat size eternity band because he thought it would better compliment the engagement ring (he had me give him all the details on my fiance's engagement ring). I would 100% recommend Pearlman's Jewelers to anybody looking for that special gift for a significant other.

In a day and age where everybody "has a guy" or a "hook-up" let Pearlman's be yours; they'll be honest with you and you'll definitely get the best pricing around. I live in NYC and have plenty of options to choose from around here, but after the experience I had with Pearlman's there's no reason for me to use anyone else.
