Von's is truly the most welcoming and honest jewelers I've ever shopped at. All the staff is so friendly. During my most recent purchase, Alyssa helped us create a custom mother's pendant. Her wealth of knowledge and straightforward communication really helped us know exactly what to expect during the process. We had a necklace that was custom-made since my wife became a recent grandma. The rings on the custom made necklace seem to get intertwine with each other, so Vons fix that for me for no charge. Very happy with the job that they did.
