The entire staff at M.S. Brown Jewelers are incredible! We have gone to them for multiple things over the past year (watch repair, purchase jewelry, and creating an engagement ring), and every time they exceed our expectations. Most recently, we used them to create a custom engagement ring with an incredible end result. Through the whole design process, to the fittings, resizing, and cleanings afterwards we had an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings, watch repair, and to purchase jewelry.

With all the horror stories, being a New-B in town, I was very skeptical leaving my heart shaped diamond ring and wedding band with a stranger. FEAR NO MORE, There are not enough characters to express my sincere trust, professionalism, Impeccable service, knowledge and a new friend. They even took the time to phone me before the actual repair, to confirm our decisions. When they gave me the repaired ring, I actually had tears. Honestly, I never saw my ring look more beautiful then the day it was given to me. My heart is crying. Thank You is not enough.

Very nice family run business(even the dog!).We went in to have a ring repaired. Before I knew it, Mike was showing my husband a ladies gold Rolex watch. Guess what I got for Christmas?
