Kathlene Manns was absolutely wonderful to deal with! I was refered to her by one of her customers. When I explained my situation, she listened and guided me to what I was looking for. Very proffessional and so understanding. And I also appreciated the discount. I loved the fact that I was able to see the stone under a microscope that I was leaving in their care to be reset. When I picked up the final product, we looked at the stone again to ensure it was the same stone.
I have heard horror stories about some jewelers and I was thrilled that Roberts Jewelers were so trustworthy. Also I would like to thank the jeweler who worked on my ring, especially since it had such a special meaning to me. He did a wonderful job! Thank you so very much, Kathlene!
