I have known Richard and Robin for a long time and their service is always top notch. They listen, don't pressure you and have always given me a great price for my purchases. I wanted to buy my granddaughter a necklace with her name for her 15 bday and from long distance they sent me some sample ideas and it was made for me and delivered on time! She loves her necklace and where's it everyday! I have referred many people to West Orange Jewelers and have only heard positive experiences. Once you buy something from them you will never go elsewhere. Worth more than 5 stars!

Richie and Robyn are so warm and welcoming, you will immediately feel like family right from the start. They make picking out jewelry fun while providing just enough guidance to help you find the perfect piece on your own. More importantly, the quality of their jewelry is second to none. My husband got my engagement ring from West Orange Jewelers and I have been stopped by random strangers on more than one occasion to comment on how stunning the ring is.
