Cindi goes above and beyond to help find the perfect piece. After I looked at every possible option on the internet, Cindi listened and helped me find just what I was looking for! Also has done a great job for us with watch repair, rhodium dip, and resizing. Staff are very helpful and friendly!

I just got engaged this past weekend and the ring is SO beautiful! My fiance worked with Ozzy to find the perfect diamond and he had so many great things to say about his experience! Trustworthy, excellent one-on-one attention. We are looking forward to building this relationship. We had a friend who was a jeweler for many years but when he retired and sold his business my husband used a "big box" store. We were satisfied with product but didn't care for the service and didn't have the trust in them after a few issues.
