From the moment I stepped in SVS for the first time the staff was welcoming and patient. I didn't know much about jewelry but they took their time and explained what I should look for in an engagement ring. I never felt like they were up selling me on anything and the process of getting my now wife the ring she dreamed of was fabulous. Our sales rep Liz is the best. But to be honest, everyone on the staff is great. We now have bought a few pieces from SVS and I recommended others to buy as well. As long as I live in the area we will shop at SVS. I highly recommend!

Such an easy and enjoyable process! We were greeted by many staff members upon arrival, all with smiles on their faces. Donna was a pleasure to work with. Our salesperson, Liz was very friendly and helpful. She showed us many designs and didn't lose patience. She also made some helpful recommendations. As promised, I was able to look at computerized renders of my ring choice within a week Then, after four weeks, my ring setting was ready. We came with my older engagement ring and used the stone in the new setting. Both of us are extremely happy with my new engagement ring.
After almost 35 years, it was time for a change of ring style! Also, thank you to the talented stone setters and the extremely patient appraiser. We went into SVS to reset my engagement ring. We sat down with Donna who was very patient with us and explained the differences between the stones, shapes, sizes and colors. She listened to all our wants and brought us back a few days later to my dream stone. I wanted to use my original setting so we had to incorporate that too. My newly set engagement ring was everything I could've dreamt it to be. I felt very fortunate that we had the opportunity to work with Donna, She has a strong motherly feel, is kind and compassionate. I'd recommend Donna and SVS for all your most special Jewlery needs.
