In 1985, Jimmie and Peggy DeRamus opened Silver Dollar Pawn & Bargain Center, a 900 square foot building which employed 2 loan/sales employees. Over the years this business has grown into a 20,000 square foot retail/loan outlet housing 100's of unique, one of a kind items, 1000's of pieces of fine jewelry, a showroom full of precious collectibles, a complete line music store, an outstanding range of firearms, an in-store jeweler, and a loan facility housing many loan associates.
