Found a lovely pair of earrings. When we bought them, we let then know that I have a metal allergy. They said if there was issue to bring them back, within an hr my ears were red and itchy, so back we went. Hawthorne jewelry were true to their word. They took them back changed the post out and even better didn't charge more for the extra work.
