I got my ring sized down a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. My ring fits so nicely and I can't even tell where they did it at! The staff were very friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had and were able to give me an estimate as to when it would be done. Today he was trying to help our son who purchased an engagement ring elsewhere ( he currently lives out of state and had limited funds ) but came with a damaged box.
