From the moment I walked through their doors, the staff at Tipton's Fine Jewelry made my experience a pleasant one. Each of the employees (I worked with three different wonderful women) went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They were able to assess the repairs needed for my wedding set, have them repaired, and returned my rings without delay. They were understanding when my bank card wouldn't read (faulty chip) and reassured me as they entered the numbers manually. All's well that ends well-only because the staff at Tipton's are dedicated professionals who give AMAZING customer service. They are the only jewelers I'll use from now on.
