Had a positive experience with Brianna! Super patient and knowledgeable about their jewelry. Only reason it's a 4/5 is bc the hours are a little tight for someone who works a day job.

Both locations are very nice and so are the staff. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll come across! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I bought a couple silver chains, love them, great quality, and I bought a few charms. The selection is fabulous, the quality exceeds the average standard, and you can't beat the customer satisfaction. I m a local so I do have the privilege of stopping by anytime, but if not a local, there's the website, u won't be disappointed. I probably sound like I work for the company or I am related somehow. I assure u neither is the case, just thrilled I found a great jeweler.

Every year when we come to VA Beach (over 20 years) I have to go to the store on Atlantic & 19th St. & always come home with something that I love. This year was a pearl pinkie ring. They have an amazing inventory of anything you could want. Good prices, quality jewelry.

This store is amazing. Gorgeous rings, chains, pendants - many with gemstones. They open up a store in the Norfolk mall before Christmas. They size rings for $5 (!) on site in 30-45 mins. The customer service is outstanding. Five stars all the way!

Store full of beautiful jewelry. You could spend all day looking, but it didnt take me long to find what I couldn't live without. Pricing is not outrageous, and if you spend $200 you get 30 percent off.lets hear it for discounts!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I was here with my daughter and she had her scooter in her hands standing right next to me. She knows she can't ride a scooter in a store but the owner walked up and VERY RUDLY told my 8 year old daughter "HEY! Your scooter doesn't go with my store. Take it out now!" My 8 year old started crying and we walked out of this store.

This is one of my favorite places to pop into when I'm in the area. I love to look at their large selection of sterling jewelry and chat with the jeweler Cindy. She's is the sweetest! When I was just starting out as a jeweler she showed me several tricks of the trade, and I'll always remember that! If you're ever in the area, you should definitely give this place a look! It definitely is a bit more pricey than most other stores in the area, but everything in the shop is of great quality!

We went in this location to find a ring or bracelet/earrings for my 9 year old daughter. We found just what we were looking for and I found a beautiful pearl ring for myself. Great price and beautiful Silver and stones for everyone!

The holidays are here, and most of my gifts are shipped up north to family. I like to include at least one gift from a local shop. This year, it's Silver Stream! It's amazing to me the places I find to shop in the "off" season. Need help finding or choosing something? Susan will graciously offer her assistance with a smile. I'm so glad I found this store!

Great shopping experience! Susan was so helpful! We received a military discount and I purchased 3 pairs of earrings. But the best part was her knowledge and telling me to store all sterling silver in plastic zip bags air tight to keep the tarnish down. She packed each set of earrings in their own plastic zip bag! Thank you! I highly recommend at least stopping in and browsing!

I have not had the pleasure of visiting the location on Laskin Rd. Sadly, I never will for the experience I had in your new Greenbrier Mall location. I was looking around for charms for a bracelet. I saw some, but I was looking for what's called "lobster claw" clasp. I saw some without it, but I was curious & waited to speak with an older gentleman who was behind the counter.

I was trying to describe what I was looking for & my first red flag was he was just looking at me like I was a total idiot before confirming what it was I was looking for. Didn't sit well with me, but I thought perhaps I was being too sensitive & gave him the benefit of the doubt. He told me where the charms were (In a rather bored/annoyed manner) & immediately went into a explanation on how lobster claw clasps are more for costume jewelry, not for "quality pieces" like his.

I happen to have a lot of real jewelry. All of my things have to be real gold or silver because I'm allergic to the mystery metal that they put on "costume jewelry". Therefore I happen to know that MANY jewelers use the lobster claw clasp on their pieces. So where he received this information is questionable & raised a second reg flag. The selection was considerable & he said they could put the lobster claw clasp on the charms if necessary. Naturally, it's the Christmas season & I like to be sure about getting the biggest bang for my buck, so I saw no harm in asking about specials they may have going on.

It's at this point my frustration was starting to build because the moment I asked, he acted SO OFFENDED that I would even ask & grudgingly told me about their percent off scale. I had no time to think about it before he started telling me about some cheaper pieces that might suit me better. I felt pretty insulted that just because I asked about a special, that he seemed to assume I wasn't good enough to be in that store.

At that point, I simply said I was on a time crunch & would have to try later. I don't believe my displeasure went unnoticed because as I was leaving, he said "Good luck finding what you're looking for." The tone of voice read more of "Good riddance" rather than anything comforting. I did not feel like my time or business was valued or welcome. This is not a location I would visit again while that man is employed.

If he happens to be the employer, I am deeply saddened by such a demeanor. Needless to say that my time & money will be spent with someone that doesn't see themselves as higher than anyone else. On a side note, I would give 0 stars if it were allowed.

My daughter and I were excited to enter this small, quaint shop but were greeted by a vile sales clerk with no manners! It was a cute little beach store, nut the jewelry was extremely overpriced and not made well. The owner should consider hiring a personable sales clerk, instead of hiring someone in the family as this boy is uneducated and rude. I would not recommend shopping here for anything!!!
