After lots of research and many appointments at other jewelers, I decided to buy an engagement ring from Dominion Jewelers. They made it so easy and created a stunning custom engagement ring that looks like I paid way more for it than I actually did. That was almost 7 years ago and all the jewelry I get my wife comes from Dominion Jewelers.

Went here for jewelry repair. Professional, outstanding work, very friendly service. Definitely going to come back to shop.

The buying experience was good. The rep did a thorough job of explaining all the different options. The rep we dealt with was very patient and we were happy with the process. The follow up was where we were not so pleased. I had to reach out to get our order delivered on time. The sales rep was nowhere to be found nor could the rep be reached. In the end, we got a very nice piece at a very good price. We will still go back for more business but wish the delivery process was better. We are satisfied with the entire process.

What a great experience this jewelry Store has given me through my wedding journey. The staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable and personable. On top of that their jewelry Is amazing. They help you through the process and are just truly the best.

Sergio and Dominion Jewelers would be a 10+ from me! Needing an unplanned repair to a two jeweled diamond ring crafted by them almost 10 years ago, scheduling an appointment with Sergio to review repair choices was easy and convenient. Upon selecting an option, it was finished earlier than expected. Scheduling a pick up day and time was almost next day and the finished product is simply stunning!

I am so happy with my 'new' ring and the manner in which I interacted with all of the personnel. Their attentiveness to customer appreciation and active COVID 19 management made me feel very 'safe' as well as valued. They set the 'gold' standard for me!

Dominion Jewelers is a wonderful place for all types of jewelry. The staff is friendly and very professional. Rachelle is a great designer who will work with you to create your special piece. I highly recommend this business. Appointments are necessary. Parking is free.

So disappointed with the recent service at Dominion. Pre-pandemic I went in for a consult to upgrade earrings I purchased from there in 2015 and was given a quote for a credit towards an upgrade. Now, finally ready to purchase, I was told that their policy doesn't allow for the style of earrings I purchased to qualify for an upgrade. It wasn't even the policy change, but how the message was delivered by Ryan, their Office Manager.

He was rude and curt with me and offered absolutely no alternative solution- or even for me to come in and discuss options. This was a complete change from the service we received in 2015- and disappointing as we were hoping to return to Dominion for all future purchases. I guess Dominion Jewelers is in a position to turn away a large sale- I am sure that other area jewelers would be happy to assist me

My husband gifted me with a bracelet from Dominion Jewelers almost 10 years ago when our son was born and it is the only jewelry store that we have shopped at since that time. The selection is unique and the service is personalized. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me where to shop for jewelry or compliments my pieces.

I almost never leave reviews, but this is a must. I was very hesitant because it's quite a drive considering there are many stores closer. I had my Sweetheart's rings made there. Picked out a beautiful diamond, then they made the rings per my instructions from details I picked from looking at various rings. I am not a jewelery guy at all. They were completed ahead of schedule, and when I picked them up they were even better than I expected. I was blown away, and so was she. I will never go anywhere else again. AWESOME!

Rachelle helped my fiance design the ring of my dreams! She incorporated two family sapphire stones in the ring in a way that compliments never stop coming. A wonderful experience, amazing customer service, and the most beautiful unique ring.
