From the moment i walked in the door, I felt i was in the right place! I brought a very unique and special watch that was passed down by my late father to be restored. Not only was i treated in a most professional manner, Gary took the time to listen to all my concerns and details about my watch. Just as they promised, they delivered a complete restoration. Absolutely wonderful customer service and skills in repair. My husband and I recently had our wedding rings resized and diamonds replaced. I also had a rope necklace repair and purchased a beautiful cross charm to compliment it. Our rings look brand new. Oh they cleaned them beautifully! Outstanding work! Thanks so much!

Big shout-out to the people at Van Sipma's! Very friendly and extremely helpful when my elderly mother needed her ring cut off. It required 2 cuts so it took quite awhile and I took that time to look at their beautiful jewelry designs. I would stop in again if I wanted to to purchase a special gift.
