What We Do
Report
The appraisals are done in the store by our experienced staff, including a Graduate Gemologist of the GIA. All we ask is that customers make an appointment with us and bring any existing paperwork that they might have on the item. We offer a onetime, complimentary single item appraisal per household, for customers who have not had our appraisal services before.

Custom Design

No refunds can be offered on custom design work. However, we are happy to work with you on changing the design and only charge for additional labor, stones or metal utilized. At Diamonds Direct, we work with you from our very first meeting together to build and create ideas that will be right for you and your loved one.
