Meyers Jewelers has been in business since 1966 and has proven to be an infallible family business. Meet the passionate and dedicated family behind our full-service jewelry store. Meyer, a lifelong resident of Columbus, started working for a local downtown jeweler in 1942 when he was 15 years old to help his family during The Great Depression. When he was 17, he volunteered and joined the Navy to represent the USA in World War II. He spent two years in the military and then went back home to Columbus, Ohio and back to work at the same jeweler he had worked for before the war.
