If you're new to Rolex or a long-time enthusiast, you should not hesitate to come to this Rolex Store. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly, will talk shop, and are all deep advocates for the brand. Christian here was my sales rep for my purchase and went above and beyond from the start, during the wait for my piece, and exceptional till the closing of the sale. And the service doesn't stop there.
Christian has done a great job at following up and making sure I understood how to operate the watch and checking in. The customer service was bar none some of the best I have ever received and that's all thanks for Christians above and beyond attention to detail and customer service. If you're looking to get into the Rolex family, go visit the store and they'll guide and take care of you.

Another purchase, another fantastic Diamond Cellar experience! A few months ago, I met with sales associate Zane, this time to work on a custom design piece of jewelry. He was exceedingly helpful in his recommendations to create and design the piece, as well as communicating ideas from the jeweler. Zane kept me up to date with the progress of the piece throughout its creation and then upon delivery was so very patient when I wanted a few minor changes made that I hadn't even mentioned to him during the design process. He and jeweler continued to modify the piece until it was perfect without any hesitation. I highly recommend you stopping by to see him for any of your jewelry/Rolex needs. Thank you, Zane and DC!

Christian sets the standard to the Rolex experience. I have always read in books, magazines or blogs how purchasing a Rolex via an AD was worth the wait. The Rolex gloves, mat, and pen really heighten the event to signify how special it is to join the ranks of individuals who have worn this watch brand. The attention to detail did not go unrecognized. I had the best experience working with Gabe and Igor to design a custom ring! I brought in my late grandmothers diamond and had a very specific vision and the team at Diamond Cellar made it come to life! The ring was even completed a month ahead of schedule.
