I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Scott's Custom Jewelers! My wedding ring broke a few months before our 30th anniversary. Instead of repairing it, we went to Scott and Beth and learned about their custom design process and redesigned my ring for an anniversary gift from my husband. The process was fascinating and FUN! Scott dealt with my many emails and ideas and emails and ideas with professionalism and enthusiasm for his craft! Beth was equally professional when talking with me about what i liked and didn't like and ideas that suited my preferences.
The making of a 3D model is an amazing use of that technology and really allows one to see the design and be sure it is exactly what you want! I just got my old/new ring last week and it is BEAUTIFUL and ONE OF A KIND, but still MY ring. I can honestly say it was a fabulous experience and I have my Forever ring and a Forever Jeweler!

Thrilled with how our engagement ring turned out! I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for, and Scott & family were able to take that bit of an idea and bring to life a beautiful ring. They had no trouble working within my budget, and I never once felt like I was being "upsold" or rushed to make a decision. The final product was a ring that my fiancee loves and gets compliments on all the time. Overall very happy with my experience at Scott's!

We wanted only the best to help us design our dream rings and that's exactly what they did! Scott and Beth are so welcoming and made the process as smooth as can be!
They were prompt with answering questions through email and our phone conversations and worked with us to schedule the perfect time for an in person consultation for when we would be in town! When we came to their office to design our rings they were very patient with us both and had plenty of options waiting for us to mix and match. They accommodated our every request and they delivered our rings to us across the country worry free and they were everything we were hoping for and more!
