I recently bought an engagement ring here! To start this off, I want to say that I visited many other jewelry stores before coming here. The experience at those other stores was just lackluster, they only cared about my money and hurrying me along. However, at Iowa Diamond, I felt so Invited. I worked with JD. JD was very patient and understanding for this was just my first diamond purchase. He was very informational with every answer I threw out at him.
Everything was straight to the point, no BS. The ring is gorgeous, the whole experience was gorgeous. Even the lady at the front desk was so engaging and inviting. Iowa Diamond felt like a place where you were welcomed. I will be getting my wedding band at Iowa Diamond. I would 10/10 recommend Iowa Diamond to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring!
