This is Jackie D. I just worked with Jeff on a pendant and earrings for a policyholder of mine and they turned out amazing! The stones were so vibrant and my policyholder just loves them! I always call Jeff for anything opals!

I took my wedding ring to have a stone replaced. The owner gave me a receipt with the price. When I returned he added $50 to the price before returning my ring. Three days later the stone fell out of the ring. The owner became very defensive and belligerent when I returned with the ring. Not a reputable business, don't waste your time here.

I can always count on Shyam to come through. He was able to recall my wedding band specs and replace it after I had not talked to him in over 10 years. We've never been disappointed. He's my lifetime jeweler, even when I am no longer in Missouri.

I lost a diamond n my ring when I got home they replaced it the day I got it back I wore it n lost another diamond

Their services are very reasonably priced and the turnaround was very fast. He charged me $25 to have my ring sized vs $40 at a place down the street. He also had it done within a few hours.

My wife and I have been here multiple times and have always found the service, quality, and price to be excellent. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and fair. After several attempts to correct an engagement ring issue (that was made elsewhere) these guys were able to fix it, when several others could not.
