Thanks so much for visiting Jewels That Dance and for all your support over the past 36 years. After a wonderful run in downtown Asheville, Carol and I decided it was time to close Jewels That Dance. After making this decision, I realized I wasn't quite ready to stop doing what I so love: making jewelry! I've decided to stay put in my studio and open a custom design and fine jewelry repair shop. Pete, our master jeweler, is joining me and we invite you to visit Paula Dawkins Fine Jewelry. We hope to see you soon.

About
Report
Jewels That Dance is a fine jewelry store with heart and soul. Established in 1983, Jewels That Dance was the first fine jewelry gallery and design studio of its kind in historic downtown Asheville. Jewels That Dance is proud to have been at the forefront of the current arts and crafts renaissance in Asheville.
Meet the Crew
Report
Paula Dawkins is co-owner and the lead designer goldsmith at Jewels That Dance. Paula is known for her stunning imaginative jewelry designs and her uncanny ability to create exactly what suits each individual customer. Her skill is innate. When she is away from the store, Paula likes to ride around on her tractor and play farmgirl, her diamonds glistening in the sunshine.
South African Adventure
Report
At Jewels That Dance, we believe, when buying a diamond, there is more to consider than just the 4 Cs. That is why we traveled to South Africa to ensure the diamonds we carry meet our standards: all of our diamonds are conflict free, no child labor is involved in the diamond mining or cutting process, and all the diamonds are extracted from the earth in an environmentally friendly manner.
