Leslie was incredibly welcoming and worked to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted. While creating a custom ring, Leslie kept us informed of every step in the process. Becky was amazing! She was incredibly helpful to my fiance and made him feel comfortable with his purchase for my engagement ring. We went back for wedding bands and met with another associate; unfortunately that experience was less positive. Becky more than made up for his less-than -optimal customer service. She made sure we got what we needed and she was more than willing to make it right however she could if it wasn't correct. Becky was pleasant, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. 5 stars!
