In 2017 I went into their New Berlin store. I hadn't worn my wedding ring in well over a year due to weight gain from my first child. I went in to ask them to size my ring. The older lady that works there told me that if she sizes it, it will fall off when I lose weight. I said that I haven't been able to lose weight and she said "it's not our fault you can't lose weight" and refused to resize my wedding ring.

Brought a small gold chain in for repair. They were very helpful and said that they would do their best, as it was pretty thin and they were concerned that the repair would show. No concern! The repair is flawless and nearly invisible. Moreover, it was done quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them, especially since they are a family-owned business.
