This place is absolutely amazing. Howard helped me out for almost a year to get the perfect ring. The attention to detail is really appreciated. When it comes to life changing decisions you have to go to people that you can trust and I definitely could trust them. Educated me on the different cuts and styles. Also once completed just held on to the ring for me until I was ready to propose. 10 out of 10 on service. Loved it. Would recommend

My husband and I made the trip from NYC to have my wedding ring fixed here. It's a small and unassuming shop that truly delivers. Marc is delightful, kind, super knowledgeable and all around excellent at what he does. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I felt so comfortable leaving my ring with him, especially because I haven't taken it off since we got married a year ago! We will make the trip from Manhattan going forward to use Neil Diamonds exclusively. Can't say enough good things. Trust me, just go- and ask for Marc!

Our home had been broken into and most of my jewelry was taken. Our insurance company referred us to Neil Diamonds. They were so compassionate and caring and yet very professional. We were so satisfied when all was done. PS.some advice.don't wait until after you're robbed to get a safe.

I needed to get an appraisal done on an engagement ring, and both Marc and Howard were extremely helpful! They explained things I didn't understand and made the process very easy for me. Although I didn't get the ring from them, I would definitely recommend!

I had a tragic experience of losing my wedding ring, wedding band and my husband's wedding ring as well. Luckily our insurance company recommended Neil Diamonds because my experience was nothing short of amazing. Marc and Howard were extremely patient and accommodating. My original rings were custom pieces and the Neil Diamonds team was committed to reproducing my originals. They nailed the design and produced better quality rings than my originals.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality pieces and excellent customer service. Their showroom is loaded with options and they are very knowledgeable. Give them a visit. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I worked with Howie to buy an engagement ring and had wonderful experience. I did not know how or what I was looking for but Howie patiently worked with me to find the perfect engagement setting and then Diamond for the setting. I had not made a purchase like this before so it was nerve racking for me but their professionalism kept me calm. She said yes and we bought our wedding rings from Neil Diamonds too. We have since bought several more gifts from Neil Diamonds. Very professional and thoughtful to work with.
