I've purchased jewelry that was custom made from George when he was at his old location. RRJ was always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and sell a quality product at reasonable prices. I recently went in for the first time at the new location. Its a beautiful new store. As always the staff was very friendly and accommodating. George overheard what I was looking for and presented a beautiful piece to me.
He had purchased it at an estate sell, obviously at a great price, because he passed the savings on to me. I don't normally go online to write reviews, but I felt that they deserved to be recognized for the consistent quality of service they provide.

This place is amazing! I went to several different jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring before settling on this place. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the inside is very well decorated and inviting. Peggy helped me find the perfect diamond and setting that was within my budget. They had the ring ready to pickup within a week! I recommend this family owned store over any big box store like Jared's, Zales ect.
