Friendly staff and good use of space means that despite the small size, inventory is plentiful. Parking is minimal though and going in summer traffic is tricky.

Nice guys. ok knowledge of coins. Prices on buying coins from them are ok but reference ebay prices but dont have to pay ebay fees. Should be a little lower. Buying prices are horrible though. Only offered 60% of the melt value. Granted there were stones in the jewelry and accounted for maybe 3 grams. So they probably pay about 70% of the melt value if you take out the weight of the stones.

You can get 70% melt of your gold at just about any shop. So nothing special. Honestly you can get more in boston. So to all the reviews that they pay spot on dont know much about jewelry or the actual value of their items. Overall they're ok.

Also a wide and well displayed selection of unobtainables to drool over.

Which I always enjoy. It is 95 and Route 1 accessible - very convenient. NOTE: ** SeaCoast C&J does not sell gold bullion on Sundays. Very understandably as the market is not open at that time. ** The shop can get really busy during peak hours - so I suggest doing yourself a favor and try to get there at an odd time - a morning or a week day. **

Very informative on gold quality and how it's measured. My fiance took up gold panning as a hobbie during the pandemic and while we are out fishing. He has a little bit more understanding and information on what he's finding and the quality. Very nice guys and will definitely be going there again to cash in more. Thanks

Staff are honest and helpful. They give you time for asking questions about precious metals and know the business. Before buying silver or gold coins on line, check the very competitive premiums that Seacoast offers. I saved about a dollar a troy ounce on silver and stayed local, with personable service. Win, win.

Ive been a collector in new England for 5 + years, mostly fractional coins, nothing too big or fancy. ive been to about 20 coin stores in the area, besides Ebay and Apmex and Seacoast had lthe best case display/setup/ attitude and sense that I asked them to do an appraisel for my insurance purposes. I felt comfortable bring in my entire collection for Greg to assess and trusted him completely. he did a great job and followed thru as promised. I live out of state but will make an annual pilgrimage to Seacoast Coins!
