Brought our Mexican Fire Opal into Z's to get it made into a pendant. We were quoted a fair price and they stayed within that range. They said 2-3 weeks but it was finished in about 1 week and it is beautiful! We also received amazing customer service! We went to quite a few jewelers before finding Z's, they were the only ones who were able to give us a clear plan and picture of what they wanted to do with our opal.

The team even texted us throughout the planning process to make sure their ideas were staying aligned with ours. When it was time to pick it up, they were so helpful and patient with me choosing the perfect chain for my new pendant (even though it was right before they closed).
