Have been a long time customer and have spend thousands with this store - but will never buy from them again. An item was purchased and was sent back to the store because some of the diamonds didn't test as diamonds on my presidium gem tester (perhaps a fluke in my tester?) and there was a missing stone which was not presented to me prior to purchase. I called to speak with Rocky with intentions of discussing resolutions and clearing up any misunderstanding - instead he rudely talked over me, was extremely condescending, disrespectful, and hung up on me without even letting me say a word.
This type of unprofessional treatment to a long time customer that have spent thousands is uncalled for. This type of attitude is pretty what you expect from a small pawn shop down the block. I will be more than happy to spend my money else where.

Diana accused me and my husband off trying to steal a diamond ring we purchased a YEAR ago. All because I kept touching it! My husband still chose to purchase me a pair of diamond earrings against my objections. This woman is so rude and hateful. I'll never spend any money there while she's employed there.

We were at Rockys today looking at a ring and going to buy it. They were looking about getting it sized, they came back & said it was sold to a New York dealer. Pretty sad they had it in the display case. Why was it there if "sold"? Will not be back again!

For a friend with lots of medical bills, I took in two boxes of coins and a few pieces of jewelry. Although I'd brought in no special treasures, I was treated with utmost courtesy. Very quickly, everything was assessed and coins with face value only were returned to me. For the rest, a very fair offer was made. Expert and honest! Thank you, Rocky's, for helping my friend.
