I placed an order with words of congratulations and best wishes. The card was not included, so it wasn't until I called the recipient that she knew whom it was from. Then she sent a picture of the flowers the day they arrived. They were partially dead and the rose petal edges were tan/brown. I was so embarrassed. I would like a refund! Terrible customer service, unable to speak to a florist.

I love this flower shop for many reasons. It's a real local mom & pop operation. They're lovely to work with. Their store is beautiful, with high quality flowers and plants, and many other unique and beautiful products. The web site is easy to use, and I've never had any problem ordering through it, and having the flowers delivered when they're supposed to be. If there are any issues or questions, you can call them and speak with an actual human that cares.
