Great customer service, beautiful work and HONEST! The last time my rings looked this good was 1996 when my junior high sweet heart gave them to me! My 27-year-old wedding & engagement rings needed to be restored. One well known local company simply looked at my rings and suggested I melt them down and choose a new design - not worth the time or my money to fix. After I explained I wanted MY RINGS I was told that they could not do the work.

At Kirk & Co. the rings were evaluated with me, problems were clearly explained and I was provided with options and risks moving forward. This company not only has beautiful pieces in the store, but offers RESTORATION of the jewelry you LOVE and CREATION of the pieces that you DREAM OF.

I can't say enough good things about Kirk & Co. They were kind, quick, and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They made me a custom ring and the quality is incredible. They made a CAD rendering to ensure it was exactly what I wanted, explained the price clearly so I knew what everything cost and what I was paying for, and every person I interacted with was exceedingly nice. They even did a small redesign because they were worried about the quality of the ring long-term. If I need any more jewelry I'll be back to Kirk & Co.

I chose Kirk jewelers based on other reviews and was not disappointed. I needed a badly damaged diamond ring reset. They were so helpful in helping me find a new setting for my stone and worked with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. I'm so happy with my new ring. It's absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend Kirk Jewelers.

My experience with Kirk & Co exceeded my expectations. I went to them to do a little facelift to my platinum wedding ring that was custom made over 20 years ago, and was looking a little "tired". They asked great questions, and I felt very comfortable that the ideas in my head were going to be brought to life. Your attention to detail in your shop decor did not go unnoticed and helped make a great first impression. (check out the cool computer keyboard!) I picked up my finished ring today- and it's perfect. Thank you Kirk & Co for a great experience from start to finish. It was worth the wait. I would not hesitate to send anyone there or return for my next jewelry purchase!
