I just ordered a custom ring for my husband for my 10 year anniversary. It was a total custom piece. The piece did not exist and was only in my imagination. Being a perfectionist, Neil not only delivered but exceeded by wildest expectations. When the ring ran behind schedule he hand delivered it to my house so that it would be on time for my anniversary! amazing! thank you. you're my new family jeweler.

I went to Gold N Time for the first time yesterday and am now pleased to be a customer. I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Vassiliadis' integrity and honesty with me. I came in to have an appraisal done and when he saw my old appraisal paperwork, Mr. Vassiliadis was very straightforward and told me he thought there might be a way to get the appraisal updated from the establishment where my husband first purchased the jewelry.

He could have taken the $75 fee and done the appraisal anyway but instead he tried to save me the money by being honest. It ended up that I still needed an appraisal done anyway but I was happy to give my business to such an honorable person!

Received quick, on-the-spot service for a chain that needed repair. The owner was friendly and honest - I didn't feel like I was being upsold at all. I appreciate that they're able to work on all price-points of jewelry (the piece I needed work on was modest). The store also boasts a beautiful variety of jewelry, and LOTS of Judaic jewelry. I overheard them working with other customers - it seems the people who go there are long term customers. Will absolutely return! Glad to have found this neighborhood staple!

I brought in a 25 year old wedding ring. It was a cheap ring to begin with, and had a hard life for the years I worked on machines. I have had repaired a few times before, and it kept breaking. Even when I brought it in to GoldNTime, they had concerns about repairing it. Another jeweler had told me they couldn't repair it, but this shop told me they would try. They even gave me a discount on fixing it because it was so thin from wear that it wouldn't take as much material to fix. I am ecstatic with the repair they did and thought that it would cost more than the original quote because of the work they did on it. If you need something repaired, this is the place to go!
