Rick has been our jeweler for many years & has been wonderful to work with doing anything at all. Just recently he made several pearl necklaces as gifts and they are exactly what I wanted. Several years ago, he helped us with a beautiful diamond ring we wanted to customize. We have since moved away but always come back to have Rick & Charles Frederick help us.

Charles Frederick Jewelers showed truly great customer service. I went in for a simple necklace repair and ring cleaning and was immediately greeted, I was told about the issue with my necklace in an easy to understand way (I do not know much about jewelry), and it was all done in about ten minutes (I was expecting a couple of days (keep in mind my cleaning and repair were very minor). I see why everyone gives such great reviews of CFJ and I will certainly be back for other more extensive repairs I need as well as to look at the items they have for sale (I did not have time today, but what I did see was really beautiful). I highly recommend this business. Thanks again!

Always take good care of my jewelry.finding a new piece or repairing an old one. They don't take advantage of me with repairs and tell me if the piece isn't worth repairing. They also give a fair price when selling.
