I Recently purchased a watch from this London location and the buying experience was great. I stopped by the store a couple of weeks ago to see if they had a watch for me to try on and it ended up not being in stock. The watch was a new release and the availability was limited. I worked with Teri Martell who took my information down and she said she would keep me informed. I didn't think I would get contacted anytime soon but a couple weeks later, I received a message from Teri saying that it was available. She worked with me throughout the whole buying process and was a pleasure to work with. If you're looking to buy a watch, stop by London and ask for Teri.

Highly recommend the team at London Jewelers in the Oculus (Westfield World Trade Center). Rhonda was very helpful from the start in providing advice on the luxury watch market and was always upfront about scarcity of supply and the importance of being patient. I then had a watch repaired, and the process was very easy and seamless. When I picked it up, Ed the manager provided some more great advice on a watch I'm trying to source. Great team, pay them a visit.

London Jewelers is the best AD and jewelry store by far in the NY area. Ed is always extremely helpful and goes far and beyond to provide amazing service. One thing I really appreciate is the knowledge that Ed brings to the table and the fact that he always makes the time to have an honest conversation about availability of specific pieces, discuss new releases and all in all makes my every trip to LJ a pleasure. Only place that I'm considering for all of my watch and jewelry needs! If I could, I would give them a 100 star review, simply the right way to do business.

I can't say enough great things about Teri Martell and the London Jeweler's family. They really go out of their way to make me feel like a valued client and there's a real sense of a family owned business. Friendly interaction from every staff member which is a nice consistency. Really enjoying my latest watch purchase from them. Highly recommended and will be back again.

Great jewelry store! My family has been buying jewelry at London for as long as I can remember. My father used to buy all his watches and presents for my mom and me from here. When I graduated high school, he got me my first watch from here. That was a long time ago and now that I am an adult, I find myself doing the same thing, except now it's an engagement ring, a wedding ring, a nice watch in honor of a good year, my own son's first watch, etc.
They have a great selection and often times have watches and pieces I don't see anywhere else. I also like that it's not a high-pressure selling situation like you find in a lot of jewelry stores. A watch is just a watch but I will always remember my dad when I look at mine; And it is still my favorite watch and it still tells time perfectly.

I worked with Teri Martell in purchasing a Tudor Black Bay 58 at this location. She was extremely helpful and was able to secure one for me within a week. (Other authorized dealers have month long waits for this watch!) She was so informative and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to all!
