How could 5 stars be enough to tell you how AMAZING this place is?!? My favorite pendant broke, and with a wedding coming up, i had my heart set wearing this piece to match the dress. they had a little wait time for repairs (now seeing how amazing they do, i see why, ill be a customer for life) but the wonderful people who helped me, understanding of the situation with how soon the wedding was, did it so fast. they called me in less than 16 hours kind of fast! I swear, it looks better than when i had it made. Immaculate repair, cleaned to sparkling perfection-i was in awe. I cant thank you enough! Ill never go anywhere else again.

Don't buy a gift unless you know the person picked it out. I husband bought me a garnet ring from Rocky Point Jewelers as a gift. I really didn't like it, it just wasn't my style. It seemed a waste to spend 1600 on a ring I wasn't going to wear so I went to go exchange for something I liked. Not return just exchange. All sales final, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I said but I don't like it and won't be wearing it, the woman said sorry no exchanges and proceeded to tell me it's a beautiful ring. While I think they are experienced local jewelers that have a nice business going, there customer service needs a tweak. What a waste. They have an opal ring I really had my eye on too.

Amazing customer service! The woman behind the counter greeted me with friendly smile. Knowledgeable staff assisted me with my loose diamond and cleans and buffed my ring out making it look even more gorgeous. They did it as a courtesy to me and wouldn't accept any money. They even suggested altering my ring as my setting was diminishing. They weren't trying to make a profit they were just trying to advise me of what the situation is. Truly satisfied with their customer service and I will be visiting them again!
