So I hadn't bought my g.f. jewelry in a really long time and decided to get her a necklace or earrings for Christmas. A friend recommended Forever Diamonds in Massapequa - in fact highly recommended. I worked with Albert who showed me a good assortment of jewelry in my price range. He did not try to oversell me and respected my budget. I settled on a gold chain with a garnet (birth stone) which he had to swap out on the displayed necklace.
That process was great and I picked up the gift in plenty of time before Christmas. Well my g.f. doesn't like gold or her birth stone so I sheepishly went back to Albert and he remembered everything about my purchase. I had my g.f. with me so she could pick her own jewelry. I was worried that Albert would not allow the exchange. Not only did he allow it, he embraced it and showed us even more nice jewelry. Cindy settled on a silver bracelet that she hasn't taken off yet.
What a great experience; professional, courteous, patient. If you are shopping for quality jewelry, go see Albert. He now has another person highly recommending his store! Albert and Forever Diamonds now have another customer highly recommending them!
