Our entire experience with Los Angeles Diamond Factory was wonderful! We went in with only a picture we found online and an idea, without much knowledge or direction; and a few weeks later, the love of my life put the ring of my dreams on my finger. My fiancee designed an engagement ring, which LA diamond factory produced. Unfortunately their first attempt didn't meet our expectations. After the proposal we contacted Olivia via email regarding our concerns and we went back to the store to sit with Olivia and the jeweler and go over the changes that needed to be made. We left the original ring, anticipating that some small changes would be made to it, but when we went back to pick up the final product both of us were so pleasantly surprised! They had created a completely brand new ring and it was EXACTLY what my fiancee had drawn and envisioned, at no extra charge. We are so pleased with their work and couldn't be happier.

Mervyn is the best! He is very nice and very friendly (also he always gives you some extra chocolate if you're nice to him;) ). My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring there and we had an amazing experience. They helped us figure out what we wanted and they created rings that truly represent us. I would definitely recommend them.
