Awesome service! I took my custom G Shock watch to have links taken out. I previously took it to another shop where they scratched my band and stripped the screws and claimed they couldn't do it. Kathy and staff did the job within 10 mins with no power in store due to storm. Also offered to replace other stratched links free of charge when power comes back on! AWESOME BUSINESS

I took a diamond necklace to Brock's because I thought I had lost some stones and wanted them to repair the necklace. They took it into the back and came back about 15 minutes later and said there were no missing stones, but they did find a few prongs that were loose. They fixed the loose prongs for me at no charge. I wouldn't take my jewelry any place else. They do the work on-site and the staff is knowledgeable and kind.

Brock's Jewelers has been my family jewelry store ever since I was a child. Everyone here is so amazing and sweet! This is the only place I have ever gotten fine jewelry and will forever be the only place I do! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I visited Brock's today to do a modification on a watch band for an Apple Watch. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. They treated me the same way as if I was buying jewelry. It is rare to find a Jewelry store like this.
