We recently moved to Huntsville, and when it was time to have my watch serviced I turned to Loring & Co. They have an in-house Rolex certified watchmaker and service center, which is quite rare - something even dealers in major cities lack. Although my watch came back from service with an issue (no one is perfect), Loring & Co stood behind their work and fixed the issue promptly. Their sales team is also great. Jody and Chris take the time to explain all the features and rich history of their timepieces - even to my five year old son. And, I am always treated with respect and attention, regardless if I come in after work wearing a shirt and tie, or after doing yard work. Loring & Co. is a class act, and my family will be going back when it comes time to celebrate a milestone.
