What metals do you work with?
We use platinum, 14k/18k yellow/white/rose gold, palladium, and tarnish-resistant sterling silver. Special alloys include Soviet gold and X1 white gold for unique color preferences.

I couldn't have been happier with the service I got at Grinstein. Not having a lot of experience or knowledge of rings wasn't an issue at all. Richard was very patient and helpful in walking me through the process. I was incredibly nervous I wouldn't be able to accurately portray the ring design that I had in mind but Richard made it super easy and stress free. Thanks!

I'm incredibly happy with the folks at Grinstein Jewelers. My fathers ring that he's had for almost 20 years was absolutely destroyed, and I snuck it away from him to get it fixed. The help and communication I received was unrivaled. Richard is an actual magician and an angel. I'm so lucky a good friend of mine recommended him. When my dad opened the surprise, he instantly started to cry. I don't think I've ever seen him so happy.
My father is the hardest working, most selfless man I know and this message is one of many thank yous I received. If you knew him, you would understand how big this is. Incredible hospitality and customer service. Unique handcrafted jewelry and a perfect engagement My husband was introduced to Richard through a colleague and after meeting him and seeing his products there was no question that He would my engagement ring and wedding band from Richard. Richard is kind (never pushy) and incredibly knowledgeable with wedding jewelry. Best part: he designs the jewelry.
Each piece is unique and crafted for you and your s/o Richard, unlike online and the other jewelers I met, became part of our engagement and wedding experience. My husband went to at least ten different jewelers and searched online before He met Richard and I can honestly say I'm grateful that he was introduced and got to enjoy such a unique experience working with him. His prices are beyond fair. His service is impeccable and his products are beautiful. Highly recommended.
