I met Buzz Wachler while searching for someone to work with me to make a custom engagement ring. I knew that it was the right fit because I could tell he had pride for his work and that customer service was a priority. He met with me many times (over several months!) and was very insightful, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my difficult schedule. We looked at several different stones and setting styles to eventually develop an absolutely amazing ring that was customized to our preferences. I really trust his expertise and approach - everything worked out perfectly. I am very grateful for the services here and can't recommend Buzz Wachler and his team more highly.

If I were to sum up David Wachler and Sons in one word it would by CLASSY. Buzz Wachler is who i worked with. He was extremely helpful and kind. His colleagues/employees were also very kind and always treated me with respect. When it comes to their offerings and products, they surpass most. They designed a few pieces for me and they blew it out of the water and they did it expediently while also taking the time to really care about my pieces. My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with David Wachler & Sons. We were lucky enough to work with Buzz, the CEO, and he created a ring that was beyond our wildest expectations - and within a very reasonable budget. On top of that, we got just the right ring for my fiance. Sometimes we imagine that the best value can be had at a chain store, but I can assure you that this is not the case. I now have the ring of my dreams along with the man of my dreams, and we had a great, stress-free experience. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
