First time there after searching for a good jewelry store. Met Robert, he was extremely helpful. Store had a great selection. I had one ring repaired and 2 rings sized. They had all 3 rings done in 3 days. I was very pleased. They did an excellent job. They will have my business for sure. Highly recommend to everyone.

I had made a few purchases with them years ago (10+ years), and it was incredible service then. One of my wife's pendants had broken and it was her favorite. I brought it in and they were able to fix it, making me a certified hero in the house. It was at a great price, and every single person I interacted with was unbelievably polite, friendly and most importantly radiated happiness. The atmosphere in their building is amazing. Highly recommend!

This jeweler is a real gem. Everyone here has been more than accommodating; I've had to have my engagement ring resized a couple times due to how intricate and unique it is. They've been patient and understanding, even when I had to come back for an adjustment. They make you feel like family, they treat your concerns like they would their own. I drive way out of my way and pass a dozen or more jewelers to come here. I can't recommend them enough for their wonderful customer service.

I visited Motif Jewelers for the first time in search of an heirloom watch battery replacement. While there I decided to replace the leather band since it was so worn. The sales woman was exceptionally helpful. We found the exact band. I'm very happy with the service and product.
