I came to this establishment with my old lady and I just didn't really know if I had anything that was a value I figured I would get a little bit of information on what I had I didn't receive any real intelligence or information I was treated rudely I feel but at the end of the day business is business hey they got a lot of nice stuff here though.

Called twice, both times was told to come in with watch parts, seemed friendly over the phone. Went in and penny the employee wasn't friendly at all. She didn't even greet me, she just said "can I help you?" With an inconvenienced tone. Before she even looked at them, she was already shaking her head no. She glanced at one or two pieces out of at least 20 pieces. I am disappointed. I just drove all the way from north phx, like gas prices are outrageous. I mean I have a Rolex watch band, she didn't care at all.

Fraudulent business. They sell returned and used watches at discounted price through Walmart labeling those as new. I was quite confused when I received a Citizen watch whose strap had signs of wear. I asked them and they denied the case. But, within a month the strap started to look like a 3 year old one. They might have polished the strap. I purchased two other citizen watches from Amazon and Macys during the same time.
Both of those had similar nice looking boxes and the watches had some tags and full warranty. But, their watch came with no tag, limited warranty and the box was quite different. The plastic portion of the box started to peel off within a month as the glue dried out. It was too late to return the watch once I could be sure that they sold a used one as new.

Went here to get batteries replaced for 2 ladies watches that are Christmas present for my sister and my niece. They were very helpful and replaced both batteries for an accommodating price and affordable. They also have a wide selection of beautiful watches from Seiko to Maduro to Bulova. I will have to go back when I'm in the market for a Bulova.
